1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "p555," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the p555 platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the p555 website accessible at https://p555.vu, together with all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "User," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by an individual upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the p555 wallet.
• "Betting Funds" means real-money funds deposited by a User into their p555 wallet balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by p555 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may withdraw funds from the Platform.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which p555 explicitly does not accept registrations, as updated from time to time at p555's sole discretion.

References to "including" or "includes" are not exhaustive. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, or making a deposit, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p555. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. p555 recommends you save or print a copy of the current Terms for your records.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on p555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. p555 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Territory at the time of registration or use.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of p555 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You have not previously had a p555 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not self-excluded from p555 or requested a cooling-off period that has not yet expired.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. p555 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion. Any funds in a duplicate account may be transferred to the primary verified account or voided in cases where the duplication was used to abuse promotional offers.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. p555 shall bear no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

p555 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any stage of account use where p555 has reasonable grounds to verify identity.

Standard KYC documentation requested by p555 includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account bearing the registered name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed thresholds set by our licensing compliance requirements.

Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. p555 shall not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a User's failure to provide timely or adequate KYC documentation.

All KYC documents submitted to p555 are handled in strict confidence and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are never shared with third parties except where required by our licensing obligations or applicable law.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

p555 operates a PKR-native wallet. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are credited within one business day. p555 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed on the same business day as standard. Processing timelines by method are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically settled within 2 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically settled within 1 business day.
• SadaPay: Typically settled within 2–4 hours of approval.
• USDT: Typically settled within 60 minutes of approval.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. p555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. p555 reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

p555 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users including welcome packages, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to users aged 21 and above only. Age-unverified accounts are ineligible to claim or retain bonus funds.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual offer terms. It is your responsibility to review these before claiming any offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, or device.
• p555 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of platform errors, or in breach of any applicable offer term.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• p555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform where practicable.

In cases of ambiguity regarding bonus terms, the interpretation of p555 shall be final and binding.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the p555 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or betting market. General rules applicable across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. p555 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Bets placed on cricket markets (including PSL, ICC events, bilateral series) are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. No settlements are based on unofficial or third-party sources.
• p555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Affected users will be notified and stakes refunded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of p555 management is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 15.
• All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results or by the platform in any way beyond the published game mathematics.
• p555 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any user whose betting patterns indicate professional or systematic exploitation of pricing or platform vulnerabilities.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with p555 support.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any live casino game or poker-style product.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after legitimate Platform transactions.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation method.

9. Responsible Gaming

p555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its products and markets, including cricket betting, live casino, and slots. We recognise that for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all p555 account holders at no charge and can be activated directly from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a maximum session duration after which you will receive an on-screen reminder to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be used for betting or gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from the p555 Platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the specified period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the p555 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of p555 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from p555.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Using any p555 trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or software.

Any unauthorised use of p555 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or data feed failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided therein.

p555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p555 wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes p555's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

p555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p555 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game technology suppliers) or where required by law or our licensing authority.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

p555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, p555 reserves the right to void outstanding bonus funds and any winnings derived from them. Verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and applicable regulatory requirements.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the p555 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

14. Amendments to These Terms

p555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via on-platform notification or email at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The version number and effective date displayed in the hero section of this page will be updated to reflect each published revision. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
